How to get more reviews!

Experience shows that the following points are most important for receiving more reviews from customers. We provide a link that leads directly to the review option for your Tax advisor listing:

To create the review link:

  1. Go to your listing page (e.g. via the search page)
  2. Copy the url in the address bar
  3. Add the following part to the end of the url: #Submit-Rating

Share this link via the following channels:

1. Send an email to your customers

The simplest and most effective method is to regularly send an email to all customers inviting them to leave a review. If you send newsletters (e.g., to regular customers), you can also include the link to your review page in them. Combine this with a contest to further encourage your fans and followers to leave reviews.

2. Link to it on your website

You can insert the link above directly onto your homepage or at another suitable location on your website . You are also welcome to use the Steuerberater-Wegweiser logo ( link to logo ) . This will allow visitors to your website to access your evaluation form with just one click.

3. Use your social media presence

If your business is active on Facebook, Instagram, etc., you can also include the review link there. You can add it to your general information or create a post specifically about reviews. Link this to a contest to further encourage your fans and followers to leave a review. Of course, requesting only positive reviews would be inappropriate.

Points: Crucial for visibility

The primary criterion for ranking and displaying vendor listings in search results is their score. In the default sorting, listings with higher scores appear first . Vendors can achieve a maximum score of 400 points , which is comprised of the following factors:

completeness

The more completely a provider's listing is filled out, the more points are awarded. If all data and descriptions are filled out accurately and images are included, the listing receives 100 points . (It also receives the "Completeness Award" .) Listings that are incomplete receive correspondingly fewer points.

Number of ratings

Every review adds value for the visitor and therefore also for the listing. Up to 100 points can be collected through reviews, with the first review earning the most points and each subsequent review increasing the value further.

Premium booking

This is the turbo boost for tax advisors . Premium listings receive an additional 200 points on top of those already earned through completeness and ratings. This guarantees their placement above all non-premium listings in the search results.

Nevertheless, fair and full control for visitors

The default sorting is by points. However, visitors can switch to… at any time if needed.

  • Sorted by ratings (the best-rated providers are at the top)
  • Sorted by number of ratings
  • Newest entries first

Naturally, the number of points or a premium booking has absolutely no influence on the visitor rating of the provider listings. The rating is based solely on visitor feedback and cannot be influenced. It is not possible to buy an improved rating, and no rating that complies with our guidelines can be deleted upon request!
